Spring Handbag Edit
I know I’m not alone when I say a little spring shopping is good for the soul. There is something about the new season that brings an itch for change and color after falls dark hues.
One of the easiest ways I liven up my wardrobe is with an of-the-moment or new color bag. White accessories are becoming an increasingly popular to change things up and I've got my eyes on several, like this top handle crossbody from Forever 21, that I know will give me just the edgy yet refined look I'm going for this spring. As much as I love the white handbag look right now, I'm also gravitating toward the nontraditional handbag colors like those found in Mansur Gavriel's spring collection – the muted, darkened palette says spring but in a sophisticated, "cool girl vibes" way.
For the most part I'm over big, bulky bags so I'm happy to see so many designers taking on the small bag trend and reinventing them in their own ways. The top handle bag with the ring is one of my top contenders – I want it in every color, every style, every brand – I purchased the style in black from Henri Bendel and ordered Simon Miller's Nubuck Bonsai in the light green color for the upcoming season.
From resin top-handles and mini straw totes to pastel suedes and buttery leathers, these are the spring handbags I can't keep my eyes off of.
